About us:

We, OSS, provide process piping and related manufacturing solutions to industrial customers throughout Europe. We manufacture in our own production facilities, and perform welding and assembly work at our partners' and customers' facilities.
Currently, our main markets are Scandinavia and Western Europe, and our customers include industrial manufacturers and EPC/IPC contractors, operating in the oil and gas, chemical, food, pulp/paper, defense and data center sectors.
We are known and valued for our high quality of service, reliable delivery and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for a sales professional with the initiative and energy to open new export markets and contribute to the company's goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop new OSS export markets, with a strong focus on the potential of Austria, the Netherlands and Spain, the United Kingdom
  • Identify and establish relationships with target industrial companies, project owners and EPC/IPC contractors
  • Generate potential customers through cold and warm contacts, networking, referrals and participation in targeted exhibitions, business events
  • Ensure effective implementation of first meetings with potential customers, assess needs, deadlines, potential risks and decision-making processes
  • Coordinate proposals together with engineering, project management and production teams
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conclude new contracts
  • Build long-term relationships and expand repeat business in new markets
  • Maintain a clear and structured sales process, provide regular insights and reports

We hope you:

  • Professional and solid B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial services, engineering, construction, manufacturing or export sales)
  • Determination and a “hunter” mindset – ability to build a market from scratch and actively build relationships
  • Ability to sell complex, high-value services (both short and longer sales cycles)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, proactive and persistent character – ability to keep up the pace even when deals take time
  • Willingness to learn the technical foundations of technological pipelines, welding, certification and project scoping (engineering education is an advantage)
  • You are fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
  • Additional European languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.) are an advantage
  • You are innovative and have good digital literacy skills (MS Office, Outlook, AI tools, vecticum or other business/sales management programs)
  • You live in Klaipėda, Plungė or a nearby region and are willing to work in these areas.

Salary

2500 €/mon. net
Incentive bonuses depending on sales results.

Salary depends on the candidate's work experience, personal qualities and competencies, and is negotiated during the job interview.
