Job description:
- Active sales of building facade structures, facade finishing materials;
- Continuous work with existing customers of the company - maintaining relationships, analyzing customer needs; sales of existing products and offering new ones, consulting customers, participating in competitions;
- Searching for new customers in the B2B segment in Lithuania and abroad, meetings, participating in exhibitions;
- Working with the company's business management system to ensure successful sales;
- Involvement in improving the company's activities;
- Responsibility for personal sales growth and implementation of plans.
We hope you:
- Have more than 2 years of experience in sales and supply processes;
- Have mastered communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Able to understand customer needs and find the most suitable solutions;
- Have strong motivation to achieve agreed sales goals;
- Quick orientation, ability to adapt to changes;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Have a B driver's license.
