Sales Manager

HANSA-FLEX is one of the world's leading hydraulics manufacturers and suppliers. We provide the highest quality hydraulic system solutions for the industrial, transport, shipping and agricultural sectors. We are constantly moving forward, so we are looking for an ambitious professional with strong sales skills to join our team in Klaipėda, who is ready to actively expand the customer base.

· Active customer visits: regular visits to potential and existing B2B customers (factories, port companies, services, technical parks) in the Western Lithuania region.
· Opening new doors: active market analysis, cold calls, organizing meetings and attracting new partners.
· Strong sales: clarifying customers' technical needs, presenting value, negotiating and concluding long-term deals.
· Relationship building: maintaining long-term, mutually trusting cooperation with industrial companies.

· Strong sales skills: have successful active B2B sales or customer visit experience (technical goods or industrial sector is an advantage, but your sales talent is more important to us!).
· Proactivity and energy: you are result-oriented, have courage, perseverance and the ability to find a common language with managers from various fields.
· Communication: excellent negotiation skills, ability to argue and quickly find solutions.
· Mobility: Category B driver's license and preparation for dynamic work "on wheels".

· Note: We will teach you the subtleties and technical knowledge of specific hydraulic products!

· Salary: basic from 1200 € to 1500 €/month (cash on delivery / net).
