Sales Manager

At UAB "Vakarų laivų remontas" you will be responsible for:
Searching for new customers in the ship repair and modernization, industrial sectors;
B2B sales in the areas of production or installation, ship repair and modernization;
Maintaining and servicing relationships with existing customers;
Ensuring the company's workload by filling the company's portfolio with orders;
Negotiations with international companies;
Attending meetings with customers;
Participation in exhibitions;
Working with documents;
Presentation of your work results.

We believe that you would be best suited if you:
You have a higher education (in the field of mechanical engineering, ship engineering);
You have experience working with CRM systems;
You have at least 2 years of experience with B2B sales in the fields of shipbuilding, repair or industrial projects;
You have good English language skills (C1 level);
You are a proactive, curious and motivated person;
You are characterized by analytical thinking, organization and good negotiation skills.
