Sales Manager in Lazdijai

In this position, you will consult with clients, help them find the most suitable insurance solutions and build long-term relationships based on trust.

What will your working day look like?

• You will consult with new and existing clients by phone, during video consultations and in person
• You will help clients choose the most suitable insurance solutions
• You will take care of long-term relationships with clients
• You will deepen your insurance product and sales competencies
• You will achieve personal and team sales goals
• You will use AI in your daily activities, which will help you work more simply and efficiently

• Able to hear and create needs, consult, manage objections and create value for the client

Salary: At the beginning of your career, we pay you a fixed salary of 2,000 Eur (before taxes) so that you can focus on what is most important - learning and a successful start in the insurance field, and we additionally provide monthly bonuses for the results achieved. As you gain experience, the remuneration structure becomes increasingly focused on results, so earning opportunities are not limited: on average, insurance consultants earn about 4,000 Eur per month (before taxes), and our best consultants reach 7,000 - 8,000 Eur per month (before taxes).

Important to know: Regardless of whether you are taking your first steps in the insurance field or you already have experience, you will initially spend time getting acquainted with our products, systems and working principles, therefore, in the internal job structure, this stage is calledthe position of a junior insurance consultant, but the name refers to the adaptation stage, not the level of your professional experience.
