Currently, RETAL Lithuania is strengthening its sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for the development of the Nordic and Baltic markets, sales growth and the creation of long-term commercial value.

In this position, you will be responsible for the development of the Nordic and Baltic markets, sales growth and the creation of long-term commercial value.
Primary responsibilities
- Develop sales and business in the Nordic and Baltic markets.
- Search for new customers and identify business growth opportunities.
- Form and implement regional sales strategy and action plans.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare value-creating offers for customers.
- Achieve sales, turnover and profitability goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive environment and customer needs.
- Monitor customer payments and manage credit risk.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
