Primary responsibilities
AB "Klaipėdos pienas", expanding its activities, is looking for a new family member - someone who will join our mission to spread the taste of delicious KAR KAR and DIONE ice cream on the Lithuanian market.
Main responsibilities:
🍦 Communication with customers and small retail chains - product delivery, contract preparation, news communication and relationship maintenance.
📈 Sales promotion campaigns - needs analysis, campaign planning, proposal formation, negotiations and their final implementation.
🛒 Market and customer audits (driving) - systematic market monitoring, pricing analysis and agreement control.
🎯 Sales strategy implementation - achieving personal and company goals in the sales area.
🔍 Analytical activities - competitor analysis and monitoring ice cream market trends, achieving the company's competitive advantage.
Main responsibilities:

If you meet the criteria:
🎓 Education – higher education diploma.
🤝 Negotiation skills – ability to successfully conduct negotiations, ensuring the best conditions for ice cream sales.
📊 Experience – at least 1 year of work experience in communicating and selling products to representatives of Lithuanian retail chains.
🤝 Team skills – ability to effectively cooperate with partners, customers and the team.

Our journey in the world of ice cream began in 1950 as a family-run business. This is where our story began, which has been developing consistently, with ambition and clear taste to this day.
Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world – from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.
“Klaipėdos pienas” is part of one of the largest and most modern milk processing groups in the Baltic States – “Žemaitijos pienas”. The group has accumulated more than 100 years of experience and unites 13 brands and more than 1,200 employees.
Our company employs about 140 people, thanks to whom several dozen different types of ice cream are presented to the world under our DIONE and KAR KAR brands. We are proud to cooperate with such partners as Lidl, Kaufland, Tesco, Costco, etc., and our ice cream reaches more and more international markets.
We work according to the highest quality standards and choose responsible solutions: we use electricity from renewable sources, and the milk for our ice cream is collected only from Lithuanian farms. We have earned several international awards for taste, recipe, innovation and packaging design.
