We are a growing company in the field of electrical engineering, consistently expanding sales in the Lithuanian market. We work in the B2B segment and focus on long-term relationships with customers, a clear operating model and results.

We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a sales manager who would take responsibility for the Lithuanian market, actively seek new customers and build a long-term customer portfolio.

Salary

Salary: basic part 1500 €/month. in hand.
A clear bonus system for achieved results, creating an opportunity to earn up to 3000 € and more in hand per month

Nature of work

Search for new customers and business development in the Lithuanian market
Active B2B sales from the first contact to the order
Presentation of the company and products to customers
Initiating contacts by phone, e-mail, via LinkedIn and in live meetings
Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and coordination of contracts
Coordination of orders and supervision of execution Building and maintaining long-term relationships with important customers
Monitoring the needs of the market, competitors and customers
Visit customers and representing the company at meetings

What are we hoping for

Successful work experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector
Higher education (engineering field is an advantage)
Professional level of Lithuanian language proficiency
Knowledge of English is an advantage
Good skills in working with MS Office 365
Ability to work independently, plan one's activities and achieve results
Responsibility, efficiency, reliability and strong communication skills

Advantage
