"BCT Engineering" is a modern metal processing company working with high added value engineering projects and advanced technologies. We are constantly growing, expanding production volumes and strengthening the team.
👉 We are currently expanding and looking for an active Sales Manager. We invite you to join our sales department and become part of a growing team
Your daily routine:
🔎 Active search for new customers in the metal products, metal structures and manufacturing services sectors;
🚀 Presentation of the company's production capabilities, technical solutions and services to potential customers;
🤝 Meetings with customers, analysis of their needs;
🏭 Representation of the company at exhibitions, conferences and other industry and sales events;
🌟 Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, expanding cooperation and developing new projects;
🎯 Assisting the Sales Manager in implementing the sales strategy, expanding the client portfolio and achieving sales goals;
📋 Monitoring market, competitor and industry trends and other tasks related to the sales of technical products and services.
Work schedule:
🕒 5 days a week: from 08:00-17:00
We expect you to:
🎓 Have a higher technical or engineering education.
🏭 Have experience in the metal industry and/or in the field of technical product sales.
⚙️ Have a technical mindset, be able to understand technical drawings and production processes.
🤝 Have excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
✅ You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.
✅ Knowledge of German would be considered a great advantage.
