Vilnius - UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“

BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • creating long-term cooperation and developing relationships with existing partners;
  • establishing relationships with new clients (B2B and B2C);
  • analyzing client needs and preparing individual commercial offers;
  • presenting professional company services at meetings, events and conferences;
  • working with training, certification, attestation, laboratory and occupational health and safety services;
  • growing and managing the company's sales and related processes using advanced tools (search, planning, customer management systems, social networks, etc.).

WE HOPE THAT YOU:

  • you are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners;
  • you have experience working with B2B and (or) B2C customers;
  • you are able to analyze customer needs and prepare individual commercial offers;
  • you have excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • you have experience working with training, certification, attestation or related services (an advantage);
  • you are results-oriented and able to manage sales processes;
  • you know how to use modern work tools (CRM systems, planning, search tools, social networks, etc.);
  • you are proactive, responsible and able to independently organize your work;
  • you have a driver's license.
