Main tasks of the position:
Actively seek and attract new B2B clients: stores, interior design salons, gift shops, furniture and home goods chains and other business partners.
Organize meetings with clients, present products and build long-term cooperation relationships.
Analyze customer needs and offer the most suitable product and private label solutions.
Professionally present our products, news and product concepts.
Negotiate cooperation terms, prices, quantities and long-term projects.
Take care of an exceptional customer experience - from the first contact to successful long-term cooperation.
Cooperate with production, design and marketing teams.
Monitor the market, competitors and look for new sales opportunities in Lithuania and abroad.

You are able to establish contact, communicate and build trust-based relationships.
You are result-oriented and understand that strong sales start with creating value for the customer.
You are interested in interior design, home comfort, decor, candles or home fragrances.
You are able to work independently, plan your time and priorities.
You have a driver's license (category B).
You know how to use a computer and CRM systems or you learn new tools quickly.
Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
