We are looking for a Sales Manager in the CIS region who would contribute to daily logistics activities, work with international customers and help organize transportation.
We are looking for a Sales Manager in the CIS region who would contribute to daily logistics activities, work with international customers and help organize transportation.
Nature of work:
- Active search for new B2B customers and development of long-term relationships;
- Working with new/existing customer portfolio, its development and increasing sales;
- Analysis of customer needs and development of individual transport solutions;
- Preparation of commercial offers, pricing and negotiations;
- Cooperation with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of services;
- Market analysis, monitoring of the competitive environment and identification of new business opportunities;
- Planning and implementation of sales targets (KPI).
Requirements:
- Successful experience in sales of transport/logistics services (forwarding is a big advantage);
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle (from lead to deal closing);
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills;
- Result orientation, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve non-standard situations;
- Good knowledge of English and/or Russian (other languages are an advantage).
