We are looking for an active, independent and curious person who would like to grow sales in the Baltic States, make new contacts and build long-term relationships with customers in the dental sector.

What will you do in this position?
You will spend a lot of time in live meetings with clients, in clinics, at events and of course, on the road. Your goal is to understand the needs of clients, find and present the most suitable solutions for each and consistently grow sales.

In this position, not only sales results are important, but also the ability to be a reliable and quality-assuring partner for each client - to listen, understand, offer and maintain contact after the sale.
You will need to:
- maintain and develop the existing client base in the Baltic States;
- actively (call, drive, present) look for new clients and sales opportunities;
- communicate with dental clinics, offices, doctors and clinic networks;
- initiate new contacts through conferences, recommendations and incoming inquiries;
- plan visits, organize live meetings and presentations to clients;
- know and, as needed, present professional dental equipment: optics, microscopes, autoclaves, disinfection solutions and other products;
- prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms and achieve sales goals;
- monitor the market and look for new growth opportunities in the Baltic region;
- build long-term and professional relationships with clients.
In this position, not only sales results are important, but also the ability to be a reliable and quality-assuring partner for each client - to listen, understand, offer and maintain contact after the sale.

Successful sales experience would be a great advantage, especially in the field of B2B, medicine, dentistry, equipment or technical products. However, the most important thing is your motivation, initiative and desire to grow together with the team.
- are active, independent and responsible;
- like a dynamic work pace and lively communication with customers;
- are courageous in active sales, searching for new contacts and are oriented towards a specific goal;
- are able to build long-term relationships with customers;
- are ready to travel a lot around the Baltic States;
- are quick learners and have curiosity for products and details about them;
- know how to plan your time and priorities;
- have a category B driver's license;
- communicate well in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
