Your responsibilities:
- consult clients with hearing difficulties;
- perform hearing tests with an audiometer;
- consult clients on hearing rehabilitation solutions;
- select and fit hearing aids according to individual needs;
- build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
In order for you to be successful, you will need:
- technical or medical education;
- experience in customer service or sales;
- driver's license (expected business trips);
- Russian, English (advantage);
- ability to empathically communicate with customers and clearly express thoughts;
- desire to acquire new knowledge, develop and constantly improve technical, consulting and sales skills.
