NATURE OF WORK
- Active search for new customers in the assigned market (cold calls, digital channels, exhibitions/visits).
- Sales cycle management: clarification of needs, decision-making, proposals, negotiations, order confirmation.
- Maintenance of existing customer portfolio: regular contacts, visits, growth plans, upsell/cross-sell.
- Pricing management, coordination of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines and credit discipline.
- Sales forecasts, sales funnel management and reports.
- Cooperation with purchasing, production and logistics teams on order fulfillment.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to solve problems promptly and constructively, make suggestions.
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to travel.
