About the position
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will manage incoming customer inquiries, attract new customers and take care of the portfolio of existing customers.
This is a multifaceted role that includes sales, preparation of commercial offers and daily work with customers - from the first contact to long-term cooperation.

Main responsibilities:
- Administer incoming customer inquiries (by phone, email, in systems);
- Consult customers and select the most suitable security solutions;
- Prepare commercial offers and close sales;
- Maintain your customer portfolio (private and small businesses);
- Resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service;
- Offer additional services (upsell / cross-sell);
- Collaborate with internal teams in resolving customer situations;
- Integrate and update customer data in CRM and other systems;
- Involve in customer service processes when necessary.
What to expect:
- Experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Ability to work with a client from first contact to long-term cooperation;
- Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Result-oriented and customer satisfaction.
