Job description:
- Active daily visits to clients (Lithuanian farmers) in Raseiniai, Jurbarkas, Kelmė districts.
- Active sales: crop and livestock products (fertilizers, soil improvement solutions, biostimulants, livestock products).
- Working with existing clients and attracting new clients.
- Professional client consulting: on plant nutrition, soil, crop condition and farm efficiency.
- Crop monitoring, situation analysis and offering optimal solutions.
- Daily recording of work in the CRM system (we provide training).
- Organizing field days, seminars and meetings with clients.
- Market monitoring, competitive environment analysis and providing insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Active sales experience is a must (especially B2B).
- Agronomic experience or agricultural education is a desirable advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Interest in agriculture and a desire to work with farmers on a daily basis.
- Ability to plan time, achieve results and work independently.
- Computer literacy (Outlook, MS Office).
- Category B driver's license.
- Basics of English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, communication skills, responsibility and result orientation.
