Job description
- Search and attract new customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty
- Manage the entire sales process - from analyzing customer needs, preparing commercial offers to order fulfillment, price negotiation and delivery coordination
- Analyze market trends, monitor sales results and provide insights for business development
- Cooperate with logistics, customer service and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high quality customer service
- Represent the company in meetings with customers
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of successful work experience in B2B sales, customer management or business development
- Experience in cold calling
- Higher university or college education
- Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level) spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
- Good computer skills
- Customer orientation, excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Independence, responsibility, ability to plan one's work and build long-term business relationships
