About the position
Zenko International is an international company implementing shipbuilding, renovation and interior design projects throughout Europe. We cooperate with the largest shipyards and international partners, therefore we are looking for an active, proactive and result-oriented sales professional who would contribute to the company's growth in foreign markets.
Primary responsibilities
- Active search for new customers and business opportunities in international markets.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations and managing the sales process from the first contact to signing the contract.
- Implementing sales goals and actively contributing to the company's business development.
- Market analysis, monitoring the competitive environment and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Zenko International team in Lithuania and abroad to effectively implement sales and business development goals.
- Representing the company at international exhibitions, conferences, business missions and meetings with customers and partners.
Required competences:
- At least 1 year of work experience in sales (B2B sales experience is an advantage).
- Experience in shipbuilding would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently plan work, initiate new business contacts and manage the sales process.
- Self-confidence in negotiating with foreign clients
- Result-oriented, proactive and responsible.
- Willingness to travel and participate in international business events.
