SALES MANAGER IN THE SALON

We are looking for a colleague for permanent work at the “Kavos Draugas” salon in Vilnius, who would contribute to sales growth, constantly improve the quality of customer service and, together with the team, strengthen our positions in the competitive market.

📍Working place:
“Kavos Draugas” salon, located in the business center U219 (Ukmergės g. 219) in Vilnius.

🕒Salon opening hours:
Mon-Fri 10am-7pm
Fri 10am-4pm

🔸You will consult with customers, sharing coffee secrets and stories from different countries
🔸You will help customers choose a coffee machine, advising them on technical issues
🔸You will take care of the store's activities, product assortment and sales
🔸You will take care of registering service services and maintaining communication with customers
🔸You will maintain friendly relations with customers

🔸Have valuable and results-based experience in serving customers in physical stores
🔸Love of coffee and communicating with people
🔸Initiative, quick learning and desire to grow
🔸Good negotiation and communication skills
🔸Ability to cope with stressful situations
🔸Want to learn and understand technical equipment

Depending on the sales results achieved, additional motivational bonuses can increase the monthly remuneration to €3,000 gross.
