SALES MANAGER IN THE SALON

We are looking for a colleague for permanent work at the “Kavos Draugas” salon in Vilnius, who would contribute to sales growth, improve the quality of customer service and achieve common goals together with the team. In other words – we are looking for a friend who wants to learn, improve and grow with us. ✨

📍Workplace:
“Kavos Draugas” salon, located in the business center U219 (Ukmergės g. 219).

🕒Salon working hours:
Mon-Fri 9 am - 7 pm
Friday 10 am - 4 pm.

🔸 I will consult with customers, sharing coffee secrets and interesting stories from different countries of the world
🔸 I will take care of the smooth operation of the store and, together with the team, achieve sales goals
🔸 I will accept and register coffee machines brought in by customers for repair and inform customers about the progress of the repair
🔸 I will build warm and friendly relationships with customers

Depending on the sales results achieved, additional motivational bonuses can increase the monthly remuneration to €3,000 gross.
