Sales Manager, SEO Services

We grew up in the SEO field working on our own projects. Today we share this experience with
clients, so we are looking for a sales specialist who will help grow this direction.
We are looking for someone who will become the face and driving force of our SEO services sales. This is an
active sales position: not servicing incoming requests, but independent customer
search, creating a sales process and growing additional sales. To begin with, we already have
active clients, success stories and a strong SEO team. Currently, our clients are Lithuanian
companies, we are planning to expand abroad.

– Search for new customers: calls, introductory meetings, proposal creation,
negotiation of contracts
– Management of the entire sales process from the first contact to the signed contract,
based on existing customers, recommendations and success stories
– Insight into additional sales opportunities: in addition to SEO, we also offer other digital
marketing services and knowledge of AI tools
– Preparation of proposals and presentations together with our SEO strategists and specialists

– At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, digital services. If you know SEO – great
– Independence and initiative – able to plan your work and implement it. Curiosity and desire to
grow
– An eye for market trends. Flexibility and logic in the sales process
– Orientation to customer needs – it is more important to listen than to persuade
– Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English

– Monthly salary 2000–4000 EUR (gross), depending on experience
– Sales bonuses from the 4th month
