About the position:

Stafferty's client - a security service that has been successfully operating in the market for 30 years, providing security services and offering innovative complex security solutions throughout Lithuania - is expanding its team and is looking for an active and motivated sales manager who wants to contribute to the growth of the organization and improve in the field of security systems, video surveillance and programming solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively selling services and products to new and existing customers;
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing the most suitable solutions;
  • Maintaining contacts with customers and building long-term relationships;
  • Working with the CRM system, tracking sales results and providing reports;
  • Cooperating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in sales (service sales experience is a big advantage);
  • Interest in security systems, video surveillance or programming and a desire to improve in this area;
  • Category B driver's license and own car would be an advantage;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, basic programs);
  • Experience working with a CRM system is an advantage;

Personal qualities:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Result orientation, perseverance and motivation to achieve goals;
  • Ability to independently organize work and manage time;
  • Quick orientation, initiative and willingness to learn;
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
