Where will you work?
Our factory is located in the village of Pagojas, Kelmė district - here we produce paper cups that travel to various European countries.
We offer a remote work model for this position - you will work from your city or a convenient location for you.
We will meet in person several times a month - you will come to Kelmė to meet with the team, understand the context of production processes and plan actions forward together.

What will you do – and why is it important?
- You will communicate with business representatives across Europe, build relationships and offer solutions based on their needs;
- You will prepare proposals, negotiate terms and develop negotiation and strategic skills;
- You will participate in meetings and business exhibitions in Europe, represent the company and strengthen relationships;
- You will use the CRM system – you will see how your work directly contributes to the growth of the company;
- You will learn to utilize Claude AI, which will become one of the most effective tools in your work.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) – this will be your main work tool;
- Additional foreign languages, such as German, French, Spanish – an advantage;
- No sales experience required – the most important thing is the desire to learn, communicate and act;
- Initiative, organization and positive thinking;
- Courage to grow and change with us.
