We are looking for a proactive and communicative team member to join our small business customer service team.
In this position, you will actively communicate with existing small business customers over the phone, identify their needs, offer the most appropriate solutions, and contribute to building long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities:
- Active telephone communication with existing small business clients.
- Identifying client needs and offering the most suitable solutions and services.
- Active B2B sales by telephone.
- Maintaining existing customer baskets and offering additional solutions.
- Data entry and working with the CRM system.
- Cooperation with internal product, administration and analytics teams.
What do we expect from you?
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or active calls is an advantage.
- Results-oriented and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Responsibility, initiative and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and achieve results.
