Sales Manager – Truck Service

"Porigida" has been operating for 25 years. We are looking for someone who would sell truck, tractor and trailer service services.
You will call Lithuanian transport companies and large manufacturing and other companies that have their own transport. You will present our service and invite them to try out the services.
We are most needed after traffic accidents. We repair damaged transport in Lithuania and abroad, which carriers bring back to Lithuania for more serious repairs. Our advantage is a quick detailed estimate, a clear repair deadline and an additional guarantee.
We will initially provide a large contact base of potential customers. Every day:

• you will supplement it with new contacts;
• you will call, present the service and send information;
• you will call back those you have already spoken to;
• you will discuss meetings in person, by phone or video call;
• you will invite customers to bring their transport for repair;
• you will maintain contact with the customers you have found.

Your focus is on new customers. Estimates are coordinated, if necessary, negotiated with insurance companies paying for repairs, by the service manager.
We will provide a ready-made sales process: who to call, what to say, what to send and how to continue communication.

It is important that you have recently worked in a call center or active sales and communicated with customers over the phone. Experience in both inbound and outbound calls is suitable. You must not be afraid to call yourself, talk to someone and agree on the next step.
We are expanding our service department significantly from 2027. Starting now, you will be able to build your own customer base and a solid foundation for long-term work.

2441-2975 €/mon. gross
