Nature of work
- Professional customer consultation and service in the salon, by e-mail, by phone;
- Active cooperation with architects and designers;
- Preparation of commercial offers, control of order progress;
- In-depth study of the manufacturer's range, technical characteristics of lamps and their application;
- Maintenance of the salon exposition, maintaining order, assistance to colleagues.
Employee requirements
- Experience in retail sales;
- Excellent customer service and sales skills;
- Organization, communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Initiative, responsibility and desire to improve;
- Result-oriented, thorough and logical thinking;
- Good computer skills;
- Creativity and sense of aesthetics;
- Good English language skills;
- Advantage – experience in selling interior, furniture, decoration or other home interior related products.
