The group of companies' activities include both traditional and cutting-edge modern teaching (learning) tools for everyday use in schools, as well as lesson planning materials, specialized literature and classic publications.
We are currently looking for a person who would become a reliable partner for schools, rather than a classic sales manager.

How is this job different from regular sales?
- The sales cycle is longer – decisions in schools are made responsibly and thoughtfully.
- The bulk of the work is relationship building, not “active pressure to sell”.
- You will work with intellectual products that you need to understand and be able to present.
- You will be not only a seller, but also a consultant, trainer, partner.

- You are ready to delve into the education system and understand how decisions are made in schools.
- You can be not only a salesperson, but also a consultant and training leader.
- You like to work independently and take responsibility for your (western Lithuania) region.

What you will do in this job:
- You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with schools and teachers.
- You will visit schools, conduct presentations, trainings and seminars.
- You will consult on the adaptation of learning solutions.
- You will cooperate with educational institutions.
- You will represent customer needs within the company.
- You will work with the CRM system and plan your activities in the western Lithuanian region.
