- UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“
BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- active sales of the company's products (ventilation, air conditioning equipment and materials) to installers, real estate developers and end customers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
- search for new business customers and development and maintenance of relationships with existing customers;
- product presentation, technical consulting and offering solutions that meet customer needs;
- preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
- market monitoring, analysis of customer needs and management of the sales process;
- implementation of sales strategy and analysis of results;
- control of customer settlements.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you have sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in the heating, air conditioning, ventilation sector;
- you have a higher university education;
- you are able to technically advise customers, select air conditioning equipment, heat pumps, ventilation equipment and materials;
- you are communicative and responsible.
