WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Active communication with existing and new company customers when selling personal protective equipment (work with the company's assigned business customer basket (with contacts) (all over Lithuania).
- Analysis of customer needs, preparation of commercial offers.
- Coordination of customer orders and debts.
- Implementation of set sales goals.
- Monitoring the business environment and responding to its changes.
- Active teamwork and providing feedback to the manager.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in selling goods over the phone.
- Desire to learn about the goods being sold.
- Strong result orientation.
- Good argumentation and customer objection management skills.
- Active product sales and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and systematically.
- Ability to quickly master various IT systems.
