WHAT DO YOU DO? JOB DESCRIPTION
Your daily work will consist of communicating by phone with company managers, presenting them with important non-governmental, non-profit organization (NGO) projects, in order to attract one-time support for their implementation.
- Conversations are specific and short (with both cold and warm contacts).
- We provide ready-made communication and sales guidelines, specially selected company lists and work with an extremely simple CRM system.
- Your work will create tangible value - you will help implement real, meaningful support projects.
- You will work from our office in the center of Vilnius.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Ability to work at least 0.75 full-time (about 125 hours/month). The schedule is easily combined with lectures or other activities!
- Excellent Lithuanian, courage to communicate on the phone and not be afraid to hear "no".
- Willing to learn and independently and purposefully achieve the goals set.
- Individual activity certificates. If you don't have them - we will help you get them in a few minutes!
