We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable with telephone sales, understands the specifics of consumer loans and wants to work with a product that has real value for the client.

What will you do:
- You will consult existing and potential clients by phone on consumer loans;
- You will actively conduct sales, clarify customer needs and offer the most suitable financial solution;
- You will work with the CRM system (customer management, sales stage tracking);
- You will achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals;
- You will contribute to the company's growth and strengthening of its positions in the Lithuanian market.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales;
- Experience in consumer loans, credit or other financial services (required);
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals;
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills;
- English and Russian languages - an advantage;
- Independence, responsibility and a clear orientation towards results.

The compensation model is results-oriented: fixed salary of €1,500–1,800 in cash (depending on experience) + unlimited sales bonuses. A large part of the total income depends on your results, so there is no earnings ceiling. Final terms are discussed during the interview.
