As the number of projects and the team grows, we are looking for an active HR manager who would be able not only to administer selections, but most importantly - to find the right specialists, interest them and assemble a strong team for our projects abroad.
We are looking for someone who likes pace, communication with people and concrete results.
What will you do?
You will actively search for employees in Lithuania and abroad.
You will search for employees on CV portals, social networks and other channels.
You will select and interview candidates by phone and in person.
You will assess the experience, qualifications and suitability of candidates for specific projects.
You will form teams of employees for projects in Germany, Scandinavia and other European countries.
You will maintain constant contact with potential and existing employees.
You will create and administer a candidate database.
You will prepare and publish job advertisements.
You will cooperate with project managers and administration in planning the need for employees.
You will contribute to the improvement of personnel selection processes and the growth of the Avangard Tech team.
We are looking for specialists in various technical fields: welders, pipe fitters, electricians, mechanics, HVAC specialists, installers and other qualified employees.
We hope that you:
You have at least 3 years of experience in personnel selection, employee search or a similar field.
You are able to actively search for candidates, and not just wait for CVs from job advertisements.
You are not afraid to communicate a lot on the phone and make the first contact yourself.
You know how to quickly assess a person, their experience and motivation.
You are communicative, organized, persistent and result-oriented.
You are able to manage several different employee selections at the same time.
Able to independently plan your work and take responsibility for the result.
Knowledge of English and/or Russian would be an advantage.
Experience in selecting technical employees, working in the personnel leasing, industrial construction, manufacturing or shipbuilding sector is a great advantage.
