We are an international industrial services company operating in the German, Scandinavian and other European markets. We are growing rapidly, so we are looking for someone who would grow the German market with us.

What will you do?

  • Actively search for new customers in the German market.
  • Sell Avangard Tech’s industrial construction and shipbuilding services.
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate terms of cooperation.
  • Negotiate until contracts are successfully signed.
  • Analyze the market, look for new business opportunities and contribute to the implementation of the sales strategy.

We hope that you:

  • You speak and write German fluently (MUST).
  • You have at least 3 years of active B2B sales experience.
  • You are result-oriented and are not afraid of active customer search.
  • You know how to establish contact, listen, argue and negotiate.
  • You are independent, persistent and able to plan your work.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian or French would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the personnel rental, industrial construction, production or engineering services sector is a great advantage.

Salary

1,500–2,500 € in hand (fixed part) + motivational bonuses for results.
