In this position, you will be responsible for participating in public procurement tenders, preparing tender documentation and ensuring that submitted proposals meet all requirements. Your daily activities will include analyzing public procurement documents, preparing commercial proposals, communicating with clients and coordinating and supervising the entire proposal submission process, in compliance with applicable legislation.

Your responsibilities:

You will work with an assigned portfolio of public sector clients - build and maintain long-term relationships;
You will communicate with clients, identify their needs and offer the most suitable solutions;
You will prepare commercial proposals, participate in negotiations and coordinate the contract award process;
You will monitor public procurements announced by clients, analyze procurement conditions and manage the proposal submission process in the CVP IS system;
You will cooperate with other departments of the company - together we will collect information, necessary documents and look for the best solutions for clients;
In daily activities, you will closely cooperate with the service manager and the supply team.

We hope that:

Have experience working with public sector clients (B2B experience is an advantage);
Able to independently plan and manage the sales process;
Have knowledge and practical experience working with the CVP IS system - able to monitor tenders, analyze procurement conditions, track deadlines and coordinate processes;
Responsible for preparing documents and submitting proposals - accuracy and quality are your strengths;
Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
Have experience working with CRM systems (an advantage);
Excellent oral and written Lithuanian, knowledge of English is an advantage.

Salary

1900-2100 €/mon. gross
The final remuneration is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience. A fixed salary and a variable salary are paid, which depends on the achieved sales results.
