What are you going to do?
Your main daily tasks:
- Extension of insurance contracts of existing customers by telephone;
- Consulting clients, company partners by phone (incoming calls);
- Consulting clients by e-mail, "live chat".
If you:
- You are caring, understanding and you like to help others;
- You speak and write Lithuanian correctly;
- You are attentive to details, responsible and able to process large amounts of information;
- Able to clearly and fluently present ideas orally and in writing;
- You like to communicate, you are positive and you know how to work in a team;
- Has excellent computer skills;
- Experience in insurance or call center would be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
