We believe that business can create real change, so we are looking for a Sales Manager who will join us in developing sustainable solutions and creating new opportunities for the future.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Regular visits to existing and potential customers, maintaining long-term relationships and presenting the company's services;
- Active B2B sales to attract new customers;
- Presentation of the company's services to customers: maintenance of oil and grease traps, cleaning of fuel tanks, maintenance of biological wastewater treatment plants and other environmental services;
- Preparation of commercial offers and their presentation to customers;
- Monitoring sales results, preparing reports and analyzing data;
- Educating customers, helping them to proactively solve problems before they arise.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Successful experience in active B2B sales;
- Higher or higher education;
- Ability to independently plan your work and effectively manage your time;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Result-oriented and proactive in finding new opportunities;
- Good Excel skills (data analysis, Pivot tables, basic formulas);
- Category B driver's license.

- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Knowledge of additional languages.
