Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager to work with natural stone and porcelain ceramic tiles.
If you are interested in interior design, are able to communicate smoothly with customers and have organizational skills - we invite you to join our team! We offer a responsible and dynamic position in a showroom specializing in the sale of natural stone and porcelain ceramic tiles.
Coordination and supervision of the showroom, arrangement of product exposition, ordering and administration.
Communication with customers - from clarifying needs to submitting offers.
Visiting objects and preparing orders for production.
Preparing commercial offers and negotiations.
Cooperation with suppliers and production on the implementation of individual orders.
Achieving sales goals and ensuring the quality of customer service.

Experience in sales (advantage – in the construction, interior or decoration sector).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer skills.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to use SketchCut Pro or a similar 3D visualization program is an advantage.
Ability to independently organize work and solve emerging issues.
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
Driver's license (category B) and the ability to travel to sites.

2441-3305 €/mon. gross
Contractual salary and bonuses depending on the results achieved.
