We are looking for:
Vilnius real estate development company is looking for a new team member - Sales Manager.
You are a great fit if you have organizational, negotiation, communication and planning skills;
You are able to work independently and take responsibility for work results;

Your main tasks will be:
- Search for potential customers: initiating, developing and maintaining business relationships with potential buyers;
- Execution and control of sales processes;
- Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts, preparation of sales documents;
- Interest in trends, innovations, potential sales channels;
- Analysis of customer needs;
Requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Successful experience in sales. Work experience - at least 3 years;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English;
- Knowledge of the construction market;
- Good communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail;
- Analytical thinking, quick orientation, time management;
- Category B driver's license;
