Responsibilities:
- Actively searching for new clients and business opportunities in Lithuania and abroad.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Participating in the sales processes of the ColliCare group, cooperating with colleagues.
- Assisting in developing pricing strategies and preparing attractive commercial offers.
- Working with company systems.
- Presenting and advertising ColliCare services and solutions, professional representation of the company.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Results-oriented mindset – achieving and exceeding goals.
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level in written and spoken).
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) knowledge.
- Valid category B driver's license.
