We are looking for an active B2B sales professional who enjoys the entire sales process – from the first contact to the signing of the contract and the result.
This is a position for someone who:
  • initiates contacts themselves,
  • organizes their own working day,
  • is not afraid of cold calls,
  • likes to win new customers,
  • sees beyond just the deal – is able to identify business development opportunities.

Primary responsibilities

✔ Active search for new B2B customers and identification of decision makers (cold contacts, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
✔ Presentation, demonstration and value (ROI) argumentation of Lematics IoT / GPS solutions
✔ Management of the entire sales cycle - from the first contact to the signing of the contract
✔ Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and closing deals
✔ Planning of sales results, performance analysis and disciplined management of the CRM system
✔ Identification of new market segments and assessment of growth opportunities
✔ Search and development of strategic partnerships
✔ Providing market insights and active contribution to improving sales strategy and adapting solutions to different sectors

Experience and competencies

✔ At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
✔ Experience in managing the entire sales cycle
✔ Ability to independently generate new contacts and opportunities
✔ Understanding how to sell value – not a product, but a solution and economic benefits
✔ Ability to quickly understand the business logic of different sectors
✔ Technical curiosity and willingness to delve into the product
✔ Ability to see the broader business context and identify growth opportunities
✔ Good knowledge of English (verbal and written), necessary for working with international clients and partners

Higher education (management, business, engineering or technology) is an advantage.
