We are currently inviting a Sales Manager to join the ISM sales team. This is a dynamic position where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from the first contact with a potential student to signing a contract.
We are currently inviting a Sales Manager to join the ISM sales team. This is a dynamic position where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from the first contact with a potential student to signing a contract.
You will be responsible for:
- Organization and implementation of the sales and admission process for international master's studies;
- Work with databases of existing and potential clients, including active telephone communication;
- Analysis of competitors and the market, monitoring trends and changes in the Lithuanian education system;
- Identification of the need for publicity of studies, initiation and implementation of publicity projects;
- Representation of the University at various ISM publicity events (conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc.);
- Consulting potential students on issues of admission to international master's studies and conducting negotiations;
- Coordination of the admission process: checking admission documents, organizing and conducting motivational interviews, coordinating the signing of contracts, maintaining feedback with potential students;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager of ISM University of Management and Economics.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in the fields of management, economics or finance - a great advantage);
- You have gained at least 1-2 years of successful sales or business development experience (in the field of education - a great advantage);
- You communicate well in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages - an advantage);
- You are characterized by a strong orientation towards results and proactively pursue your goals;
- You are communicative, responsible and have analytical thinking.
