We are currently looking for a team member who will be responsible for membership sales and loyal customer retention. The position is focused on daily active communication with customers.
We are currently looking for a team member who will be responsible for membership sales and loyal customer retention. The position is focused on daily active communication with customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and implement membership sales;
- Analyze customer feedback;
- Create loyalty retention plans;
- Contribute to coordinating the group training network;
- Help implement events and actively participate in them.
We hope:
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or project management;
- Practical experience working with accounting programs and Microsoft operating system;
- Good and correct knowledge of Lithuanian, English at least B1 level;
- Interest in sports topics, training and current affairs, today's trends;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsibility, independence and desire to learn and improve;
- Initiative and ability to see not only the task, but also the solution;
- Want to know the activities of a sports club from the inside and be an active part of it;
- Positive and mature attitude to work;
- Driver's license (advantage).

The salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and results, and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
