- Active sales of the company's product to existing and potential customers.
- Development and implementation of communication for B2B customers.
- Market development, increasing loyalty, needs analysis.
- Search for new business customers and partners in Lithuanian and foreign markets.
- Administration of the website and social networks and content creation.
- Analysis of market needs and competitors.
- Development and implementation of sales plans.
- Analysis of performance results, preparation of reports and reporting to the direct manager.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience (hotel experience would be an advantage)
- Ability to plan, organize and develop sales activities
- Positive attitude, initiative and results orientation, analytical thinking
- Experience in telemarketing (advantage)
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (other languages would be an advantage)
- Work experience in marketing (advantage)
