Sales Manager

Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton invites a Sales Manager (M&E / C&E) to join its team, who will be responsible for the development of hotel services and events sales and the creation of long-term relationships with customers.

Main responsibilities:
Active sales of hotel services and events (MICE segment);
Working with existing customers and searching for new business opportunities;
Preparing individual commercial offers according to customer needs;
Implementing sales goals and analyzing results;
Close cooperation with other hotel departments, ensuring the highest quality of services.

Successful work experience in sales (hospitality sector is an advantage);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Initiative, result orientation and sense of responsibility;
Ability to independently plan work and manage several tasks simultaneously;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
Higher education.

2100-2500 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the candidate's experience, competencies and achieved results. An additional motivational system with bonuses directly linked to sales results is also applied.
