Nature of work
Manage sales activities in assigned regions and achieve set revenue targets
Create and implement sales plans for distributors and key customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
Create and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, vendors and partners
Negotiate and close deals with customers and business partners
Monitor distributor activities and implement performance improvement solutions
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, promotions and product launches
Ensure product visibility and availability in sales channels
Conduct product training, presentations and provide assistance to partners
Maintain active communication (meetings, calls, visits)
Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data and submit reports
Manage CRM data and contribute to smooth order fulfillment

Employee requirements
Higher education
At least 2 years of experience in sales (B2B - an advantage)
Fluent in English and / or German
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of sales processes and customer management (CRM)
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Analytical thinking, ability to work with data
Good skills in working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proactivity, result orientation, ability to work independently
Readiness to go on business trips and meet with customers
Valid driver's license
At least 2 years of experience in sales (B2B - an advantage)

Salary from 3000 to 4000 EUR gross per month.
Convenient working hours and conditions (in the office and/or remotely) from 8:30 to 17:15.
