Nature of work:
- You will communicate with existing and new clients and help them find the most suitable solutions;
- Analysis of client creditworthiness and decision-making according to established rules, this will require logical thinking and attention to detail;
- You will consult clients by phone and e-mail - your communication and sales skills will be really useful;
- You will work in a team with other departments, looking for the best solutions for clients;
- You will contribute to the team's goals - you will see the real impact of your work;
- You will learn every day, there will be many interesting challenges!
What do we expect from you:
- You like to communicate with people - whether by phone, email or in person, you feel comfortable talking to various clients;
- You are responsible and meticulous - you know that details matter, especially when it comes to creditworthiness assessment;
- You are able to work in a team - you understand that the best solutions are often born in collaboration with colleagues;
- You have good Lithuanian language skills (knowledge of Russian/English is an advantage).
