Nature of work:
- Evaluation of incoming customer applications.
- Analysis of customer creditworthiness and decision-making according to established rules.
- Professional customer consulting by e-mail and telephone.
- Active sales of services and products to new customers.
- Cooperation with other departments in resolving customer situations.
- Achieve set results and contribute to the implementation of team indicators.
- Participate in tasks assigned by managers related to direct duties.
What do we expect from you:
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work accurately with data and adhere to established processes.
- Quick orientation and ability to work with multiple internal systems.
- Good Lithuanian language skills (knowledge of Russian/English is an advantage).
