In this job you:
- You will conduct new client searches and cold calls
- You will implement active sales of personnel search and selection and other HR solutions
- You will organize meetings with potential clients and implement sales of services during them
- You will prepare proposals for clients
- I will cooperate with the selection team
For successful work you will need:
- Higher education
- Sales experience
- Ability to communicate and develop relationships with business customers
- Motivation to go the extra mile
- Result-oriented, proactive
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage
