Sales Manager

Vilnius Coding School is the first coding school in Lithuania, helping people start or grow their careers in technology for 10 years.

We are looking forward to a new Sales Manager to join our energetic and friendly team. Your everyday life will be full of meaningful conversations: you will help future students choose the most suitable courses and support them in changing their professional lives.

● Selling training over the phone, in person and via video calls;

● Consulting potential students about the offered programs;

● Working with existing clients in the database;

● Participating in events and contributing to other initiatives;

● Collaborating with other departments.

● Have at least 1 year of active sales experience (this is really important for us);

● Have customer service experience (experience in education or sales is a big advantage);

● Have excellent communication skills, able to listen and understand customer needs;

● Are result-oriented, persistent and proactive;

● Able to independently and effectively plan your working time;

● Have the basics of working with CRM systems.
