Nature of work
- Sales of logistics and transport services and offering individual solutions to customers.
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
- Coordination of customer orders from receipt of the order to its successful execution.
- Operative resolution of problems and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Cooperation with other departments of the company, aiming for effective execution of orders.
- Monitoring of sales and performance results, preparation of reports and data administration in CRM and other information systems.
- Market monitoring, search for new business opportunities and implementation of company sales goals.
Employee requirements
At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales, logistics, transport or customer service (advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and effectively manage several tasks at the same time.
Result-oriented, proactive and responsible approach to work.
Good computer skills (knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems - an advantage).
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English at least B2 level (knowledge of other foreign languages - an advantage).
Ability to work in a team and effectively cooperate with customers and partners.
Higher or higher education (in the field of logistics, transport, management or business - an advantage).
