Your daily activities at work would be:
Active search for new B2B, F2F clients and maintenance and development of long-term relationships with existing clients through direct meetings in the Vilnius region;
Analysis of client needs, consulting and offering the most suitable solutions and services;
Preparation of commercial offers, coordination of prices and cooperation terms, conclusion of contracts;
Implementation of sales plans and achievement of set goals;
Participation in negotiations and project implementation;
Cooperation with other company departments to ensure smooth implementation of services;
Monitoring and analysis of market trends and the competitive environment.

Important abilities and skills:
At least 1-2 years of work experience in B2B sales (experience in the industrial, manufacturing, logistics or construction sectors is an advantage);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through direct meetings;
Result-oriented, ability to independently plan working time, manage meeting schedules and achieve sales goals;
Analytical and technical thinking, ability to assess customer needs and prepare the most suitable commercial offers;
Ability to work both independently and in a team, cooperating with different departments of the company;
Curiosity, initiative and motivation to improve in the field of active B2B sales;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
Category B driver's license.
